Team HR provides services in:

Meeting and forum facilitation

Why use a professional facilitator...“When you assemble a number of [people] to have advantage of their joint wisdom, you inevitably assemble with those [people] all their prejudices, their passions, their errors of opinion, their local interests and their selfish views. From such anassembly can a perfect production be expected?" Benjamin Franklin 1787.

Our facilitators objectively manage your team processes so you can concentrate on the task. From large fora to small planning teams, we provide facilitation and process leadership for strategic planning, business planning, problem solving, implementation plans, stakeholder engagement, value management, risk assessments, focus groups, public forums, and document review.

Team HR continues to support clients across manufacturing, banking, finance, IT, telecommunications, property, health, logistics, educational, social service and public organisations to achieve their outcomes.

Team building

Team HR designs and delivers a range of indoor and outdoor experiential team building programs that can be tailored to meet your specific needs whether you require an ongoing development program supported by executive coaching and a range of psychometric tools, a two-hour conference filler, or something in between. Our programs provide a range of inclusive team simulations that are challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. Safety, enjoyment, and learning are the foundations of our approach.

Leadership and executive coaching

We customise leadership programs and coaching based on a set of core tools and models widely tested and applied across many of our leadership, coaching and mentoring assignments.  The emphasis is on developing practical skills within the context of the specific organisation.  The Team HR delivery style is characterised by a highly experiential engagement of participants within an appreciative environment.

Team HR takes a skills approach to leadership based on the working definitions; leadership is about influence…I can only influence through my behaviour…my behaviour is everything I say and do…my behaviour is driven by my values…I can manage things (ICT, finance, resources, projects) but I must lead (influence) people!

We have particular success in supporting our leadership programs through executive coaching.

Learning and development

Team HR provides support in the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of workplace and organisational learning in a range of disciplines, including both accredited and non-accredited training.

Appreciative inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry is an approach to change and planning that has been used successfully in small and large implementation and change projects with hundreds of organisations worldwide. It is based on the idea that organisations and processes move in the direction about which they ask questions.

Appreciative Inquiry distinguishes itself from other change and planning methodologies by deliberately asking positive questions to support constructive action within organisations.   Appreciative Inquiry does not ignore problems or the opportunities for improvement.   On the contrary, it is a study into the root causes of success and emphasises sound analysis.

Conflict resolution and mediation

Team HR supports individuals to develop the skills and confidence to deal with workplace conflict in a constructive and resilient manner. We also provide independent professional mediation.
